Lessons for piano, flute, clarinet, saxophone, oboe and bassoon are taught in my home. I teach Monday thru Friday in the afternoons and early evenings. Mornings are available on a limited basis for home school and charter school students. A Yamaha upright acoustic piano is in my home. Woodwind students are expected to bring their own instruments and necessary equipment such as reeds, cork grease, swabs, etc.

I am a professional music teacher and performer with over 25 years of experience teaching in the public and private schools along with private lesson teaching experience. Along with my studio of private piano and woodwind students, I am currently serving as a Master Class Clinician with various local school music programs.

Education:

My Bachelor of Music is from DePauw University and I also hold a Master of Music Degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro along with over 20 hours towards a Ph.d in Curriculum and Instruction.
