Sandy Horvath, retired Sales Manager, has made his photography hobby into a photographer, teaching profession. Sandy enjoys taking pictures of almost anything, but he really loves being the team photographer for Mount Si High School’s fast pitch team. His action-packed photos have been published in both local newspapers. What Sandy likes best is teaching “Photography Made Easy” classes through the Si View Metro Parks District to students who are interested in having fun learning how to use their current digital camera to capture admired photos and lasting memories.

Work Experience:

Owning a great digital camera is no guarantee that you will take great pictures. Over the years, digital cameras have become affordable, more powerful and much more complicated. I have been a photography nut for over forty years. I retired seven years ago and turned a hobby into a profession by leaning and now for the past two years, teaching. I've been published in various newspapers, journals and magazines over the years and truly love teaching. My students have fun and walk away very satisfied with their new found abilities and many come back to learn more.
